2018-2022 Technician Class Question Pool Being Released

The NCVEC Question Pool Committee is releasing the new 2018-2022 Technician Class question pool. To be made available at http://www.ncvec.org/page.php?id=369.

They had been posted earlier but at the time of this post, they'd been retracted to correct one or more errors. Watch for them to return there.

The changeover to the new pool is July 1, 2018.

ARRL Calls Out for Volunteers for 2018 Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle

In 2018, 4,000 of the top Special Olympics athletes and coaches in the USA will gather in Seattle to participate in just the fourth-ever Special Olympics USA Games. We’re creating a powerful team of 10,000 volunteers to provide their time and talents to produce the USA Games and to help amplify the Special Olympics message of diversity, unity and inclusion.

From sports competition and special event assistance, to emergency management and behind-the- scenes operations and logistics support, volunteers of every skill and experience level will be essential to the success of the USA Games.

Positions are available from June 29 - July 7. Join us!

The Special Olympics USA Games is seeking public service minded and qualified volunteers for medical, emergency management, communications, security, and safety positions.
